Grass Clippings

Just a friendly reminder to be sure to remove the grass clippings from the roadway after mowing. Clippings clog up the storm drains and can also be dangerous to those driving motorcycles. This is actually listed in the Town's Nuisance Ordinance as follows:
Discharge of cut grass. No property owner shall cause or allow to cause the discharge of cut grass debris onto any public street, alley or right-of-way unless such cut grass debris is immediately
removed, in its entirety, from said public street, alley or right-of-way.
