Golf Cart/ATV Registration Form

Per Indiana State Law, ALL Golf Cart / ATV registrations have to be completed yearly and expire December 31st of each year.

In order to assist Citizens in renewing their registration from their home, we have designed this protocol:

          1) In order to do this renewal, you must fill out a registration form (below).  When you click the link, you will be redirected to an online form.  Fill out the requested information to the best of your ability.  When you have completed the form, click the submit button and it will automatically be sent to the Geneva Police Dept.  Please make sure you attach any update pictures and/or updated insurance info.

          2) Payment:  Per Ordinance, golf cart renewals are $10.00 each and per State Statute, ATVs, UTV's are no local charge as they have to pay a BMV registration fee yearly. If you are submitting your renewal via the online form, you will also need to electronically submit your payment via by clicking the link below.  Electronic (online) renewals for golf carts received, will not be renewed until payment is received.

          3) If you have any questions, you may contact the Police Department at 260-368-7077 the following business day.
